1. Call the office at 810-227-0243 between 9 a.m. -4 p.m., Monday-Friday to complete a phone screening.

2. We process payments over the phone via debit or credit card. The total cost of the program is $495. We require at least a $250 deposit ($150 non-refundable) to hold a spot for your child. The remaining balance is due before your child can attend camp.

3. Download and read the Registration and Medical Form and Parent Pack.

4. Email the completed Registration and Medical Form to admin@midcoursecorrection.org or fax it to 517-376-6358.
