Maximum NO. of Campers

The maximum number of campers in each company is 12. This quota is to ensure a quality experience for the campers in the program. Once the maximum of 12 per company has been reached, it is unlikely that additional campers will be accepted for that weekend. However, we do have a waiting list available should there be a reschedule or cancellation from the list.

Minimum NO. of Campers

A company will be cancelled if there are not at least 5 campers. If a company is cancelled, then campers will be moved to the next available camp date. There is a $150 deposit required ($150 non-refundable administrative fee). If your camper is a no-show, a refund will not be available, and the full camp payment will be forfeited unless approved by the Executive Director. If you cannot make it to the selected date, please call to reschedule.

Court & Agency Referrals

Please email (admin@midcoursecorrection.org) the “Advanced Reservation Form” or submit online as soon as possible. The Registration and Medical forms are due the Wednesday before the scheduled camp weekend.

PRIVATE Referrals

Parents and guardians must complete the required phone screening before registering your child for camp. Once your child is registered via the website, two additional forms will be emailed to you. Those forms need to be returned the Wednesday before their scheduled camp. Camp must be paid in full before the camp weekend; otherwise, your child’s spot will be forfeited and given to the next child in line.
